Tim Williams is the Executive Director or the Veterans Multi-Service Center in Philadelphia. He is a retired Army Special Forces Colonel with over thirty years of active duty service. Tim is a combat wounded Veteran and holds the Combat Infantryman’s badge with Star with service in DESERT SHIELD/STORM, Somalia and multiple tours in Iraq. He has extensive service throughout Europe, the Middle East, North Africa and the Central Asia States. Tim joined the Veteran’s Multi-Service Center as the Executive Director in September 2014. He has Masters degrees from Louisiana State University, the University of Canberra in Australia and the United States Army War College, and is a member of the Arkansas Veterans Hall of Fame. The Memorial Day ceremony will be held at 12:30 p.m., Monday, May 29, at PVVM at Spruce and Columbus Blvd. in Penn’s Landing.
