Veterans “Yard Sale” Benefits POW/MIA Monument on Oct. 20

The PVVM Fund is partnering with JDog Junk Removal, a franchise operation for veterans, for a huge “yard sale” for household goods, furniture, tools, exercise equipment, appliances etc. On Saturday, Oct. 20, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. the JDog Junk Removal Yard Sale for the Philadelphia POW/MIA Monument will be held at the ChartHouse at 555 S. Columbus Blvd. near Penns Landing. JDog franchise owners will be scouring the Greater Philadelphia area for the best items for sale. It will be cash only, with all the proceeds going to the Memorial. POW-MIA Night at the Races: Friday, July 27

POW-MIA Night at the Races will be held on Friday, July 27, 2018 from 7pm-11pm at the Michael J. Crescenz MOH Rising Sun VFW Post 2819.

UPDATE: Because it's getting nearer to the event, please consider mailing a check for the purchase of horses for $10 each and a donation of $25 to enter the event, which includes food and beverages. Mail a check made out to PVVMF for the number of horses (include the name of your horse if you want) and $25 for a ticket to Philadelphia Vietnam Veterans Memorial Fund at PO Box 29425, Philadelphia, PA 19125. Your ticket will be held at the door, along with the horse(s) you wish to purchase."
